Tell us about your career:
Dastidar: I have won the Asia Cup where I was selected the best goalkeeper of the
tournament in Vietnamn, and that's the only time an Indian footballer who has
achieved that in an International Cup.
Tell us what you think about ISL
Dastidar: When this ISL thing came into the picture I definetely wanted to a part
of it and somehow Atletico Kolkata believed that I was the right man for them,
being as a manager. I'm really, really happy to be a part of it.
What about the Atletico Madrid association?
Dastidar: It was like a dream come true for many players, because Spain, as we know, is one of the greatest fotoball powers in the world and Atletico Madrid one of the best clubs in Spain. We have used their facilities and everything, and it was really, really such an experience which you can not put into word at times.
Any message to the fans?
Dastidar: The team belongs to you guys, so come join your team. Because I know it's the mecca of Indian football, and you guys will love to see a better brand of football. I can assure you my team is going to play, your team is going to play. Together we can win it. So come to the field and support the team.
