What as the transition from player to coach like?
Barreto: I don't think much will be changing. You know, I think the responsibility will
always be there. Being a sportsman, I think it would be difficult for me to be moving
from the ground to another place, another kind of buisness. So it would be a kind of
challenge or something like that, but I am just seeing that naturally.
The good thing about that, that is just my starting will be with the Atletico Madrid
people. They are partners associated in this project. So walk in with Antonio López,
walk in with the many professionals that are there - it's a really good start for me.
So I'm feeling comfortable, because from the beggining, already I'm getting support, a lot of support from the people of Kolkata and the confidence of the franchise people as well. So I don't feel any such pressure.
Of course the responsibility is always there. We have to care as a player or as a manager, and for me it will be a great experience. It will be a fantastic exchange, you know, just to be walking out for this for the next four months. We'll walk in with the franchise of Kolkata. Atlético de Kolkata for me will be a really great experience and I just expect to be learning a lot and grow a lot. We can really do our best in this new venture.
